Facilities

The main live room is completely treated with acoustic panels and large corner bass traps to ensure a live but not “too live” sound. The ceiling is high and open.

The acoustic booth is 18mm MDF construction with suspended layers of lead weighted vinyl and 4 inch rockwool on the walls and ceiling, finished with pinned sheeting and a deep carpet and underlay. The only acoustically reflective surface is a small window.

The control room is also acoustically treated. I run ARC 2 speaker management software to be sure what we hear from the speakers is honest and accurate.

There is also a small kitchen and toilet.
